About the Process

Kreide Sanctuary was created out of a desire for a relatively low maintenance dragon adoption process, similar to Dray's The Bower.

The OC process is relatively simple: I take two of my dragons (for now) and smoosh them together into a small clutch of offspring. I then post in the Kreide Giveaway Topic at the Nexus Forums, opening the clutch up for raffle entries. The raffles last about a week, until the following Saturday. I then choose the winners and put up a new "round".

IC Background

Kreide Sanctuary is a small camp in a massive jungle. It is currently only inhabited by the mage Nydohanyth and his four Wyld bondmates. They serve as a link between the Nexus and the native dragon populations of the jungle.

Once introduced to the concept of bonding for life, many of the native dragons expressed interest in providing this option for their children. Since their hatchlings lack natural bonding magic, a native dragon with powerful bonding magic was recruited to aid in the process.
